Miriam Rachel Hirsch, age 72, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born to Julius Mizel and Belle Mizel on May 19, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Miriam, or "Bubbe" as she liked to be called, devoted her life to the education of others as Career Teacher. She was a dedicated member of the San Antonio Texas Temple. Miriam has always kept a special place in her heart for the Greater Chicago area, where she was once a long-time resident. She was a loving mother of four children and grandmother of two. Miriam was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children, Jonathan Hirsch, Cara Hirsch, Daniel Hirsch (Adrienne), and Joel Hirsch, and grandchildren, Rachel Hirsch, and Grant Hirsch.
