Mona was a dear friend of mine and EHS classmate. She has been very generous and kind to us over the years. I will miss her phone calls and all the laughs we had. She loved her little Lexi and family. My hearts breaks when I know we won't be able to have those great times ever again, but I know she is not suffering now.

It was such a joy to see Mona at our 50th East High School class reuuion. AS I recall it was the first time since our graduation so many years ago. Mona was such a very special friend to all who had the privilege of knowing her.I will never forget her. Till we meet again Mona. God bless. Jack.

Mona Mernin was one of the kindest, most gregarious people I have ever had the privledge of meeting. She and her husband were friends with my parents, Dr. Richard M. and Jacqueline Nacewski. My father thoroughly enjoyed sharing Mona Mernin stories as he was totally enamored with her. Thanks for the opportunity to share.

As you remember I was around back in the early 80s when if I remember correctly Mona was given a grim and rather short outlook on the remainder of her life by a physician who clearly had no idea of the head strong personality who was about to teach us all something new. Your wife and mother has had a profound effect on how I interpret "when the going gets tough". I will gladly make a donation in her name to Club 12. And to Dr. Mernin when the time is right for you, I would be honered to sit with you and collaborate on a unique piece of glass in your loving Mona's memory, I think she would like that !!! We remember Mona well from years ago, especially her spirit for life.

I have lost a dear and true friend. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

Mona was such a delight to John and I, her encouargment in every aspect of our life will never be forgotten. The excitment of the birth of our children was wonderful. Mona was so deeply loving and caring. She will be missed by us and our family. I will always remember Christmas dinnners and the trip to Paris to bring Robert home.
