Nancy Mitchell Mimms passed away on Monday, October 13, 2008 at the age of 69. Nancy was known affectionately as Mum. She was a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin. Her favorite past times were baking, rug hooking, working out, caring for all animals and most of all loving and caring for her family. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Nase Johnson. She is survived by her son, William Nase Mimms and wife Amy of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughter, Mollie Reed Mimms of San Antonio, Texas; granddaughters, Callie Reed Mimms, and Paige Mitchell Mimms of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister-in-law, Jeanie Johnson of Midland, Texas; and her children's father, Dr. William Reed Mimms.
