Jeanne spent her early years with her family in Beaumont, TX where she was born and in her teen to young adult years pursued various interests such as stenography and cross stitch. Eventually moving to Charleston, SC, she loved to take her daughters to the beach -and The Beach Boys cassette was one of her favorites. In later years Jeanne would marry the love of her life, Patrick F. White, and they spent their days enjoying retirement until his passing in 2018.
Jeanne was a strong believer in Jesus Christ and her faith brought her through many of life’s storms. She was a witness to anyone who would listen, and she passed out salvation tracks to her neighbors and friends. To know her was to love her funny and witty sense of humor and her ability to bring humor to any situation.
Jeanne is survived by her daughter Janée Boudreaux and grandson Kaeden Boudreaux. Also her sisters Linda Newman (Jim) and Gwen Jernigan and brother Ricky Nelson and many cousins and other family members. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Patrick F. White.
