

Norma Linda Padilla beloved sister, wife, mother, grandmother and aunt, passed away on June 6, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of joy, laughter, and love. She was the heart of every gathering, always the life of the party, and her presence brought light to all who knew her. A master in the kitchen, she was renowned for her cooking, with everyone in the family always eager to request her delicious meals. Her love for family extended beyond her cooking, as she cherished spending time with loved ones, creating memories that will last forever. She had a deep love for nature, especially enjoying fishing and swimming at the river and lake, where she found peace and joy. Her laughter was contagious, and she always went out of her way to ensure everyone around her was happy. Above all, Norma was deeply loved by her family. She leaves behind a lasting imprint on all who were fortunate to know her. Her spirit, warmth, and kindness will be dearly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of her loved ones forever.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Zoila Reyna, siblings, Mary Esther, Sandra and Richard.
Norma is survived by her husband Esteban C. Padilla, children, Esteban Padilla III , Lesly Castro (Javier Gomez), grandchildren, Aria Hernandez, Xander Gomez, sister, Roxanne Salazar (Amado Salazar), stepfather, Jose Guerrero, nieces, Adrianna (Steven), Stephanie (Chris) Brianna (Marc), Samantha, Valerie, Kristine (Oscar), nephews, Richard (Ashley) AJ (Priscilla), Andy (Kayla), Petie (Karla), Alfred JR., numerous close cousins and friends.
A visitation for Norma will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, followed by a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
