Olivia A. Barboza

Olivia A Barboza, age 92, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021 in San Antonio, TX. She was born on April 7, 1929 in San Antonio to Ramón G. and Wenceslada Treviño Arriola. She dedicated her entire life to her husband and 4 children. She was a loving and caring wife and mother. She was the spiritual leader of the family and lived her life accordingly and set the example for the entire family. She was beloved by her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Manuel Barboza. Olivia is survived by her children: Blanche Delgado, Victor Barboza and his wife Penny, Roxanne Jones and her husband Tim, and Kerry Barboza and his wife Cheryl; her sister Lena Castaño; grandchildren: Jennifer, Allison, Andrea, Jocelyn, Caitlin, Preston, Cameron, and Carson; and her great grandchildren: Fabian, Aaron, Cristian, Cassie, Ethan, Adrienne, Dominic, Nolan, Madelyn, Amelia, and Brandon.

The family will receive family and friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Porter Loring Mortuary on McCullough.

Pastor Adolfo Avilés will officiate. Songs will be performed by Rick and Cynthia Vela. Interment will follow at San José Burial Park.

Pallbearers will be grandsons: Preston Jones, Cameron Jones, and Carson Jones; and great grandsons: Fabian Martinez, Aaron Martínez, and Cristian Treviño.
