P.K. hired me at HP and was an important influence in my professional life. We had many good times, golf games and laughs in Huntsville. He will be greatly missed.

PK was always a kick to be around. We shared many a good time at Kelly, Trade Shows or having a beer and a Harry-burger at that lunchtime dive outside Kelly, AFB.

I regarded my relationship with P.K. as more than just a customer/salesman relationship, but as a good friend who represented his company and his country in a fair and honest manner. My life was considerably richer for having known him, and so was the USAF better off for having him call on us. God Bless him and his family and friends, G.W.Arnold

I was for a long time his main USAF customer. We had a lot of business as well as social inter-actions, which were always a pleasure due to P. K. being such a real Southern gentleman. Vaughn Martin

I am sorry to hear of PK's passing. I hired him as a salesman in the Huntsville,Ala. hp office and we became close friends. He became manager when I left to go to Avondale, one of my mistakes at hp. I have stayed in touch over the years and am now suffering severily with cancer. I may get to see him again soon. God Bless....Carroll

One key measure of any person's life is whether he left the world a better place for having lived. This can be defintively said of Mr. Weir. For those he touched and many others, we are better for having the blessing of his wisdom and love. It is a fitting legacy of Palmer that his loving approach lives on in his family and friends.

I have many fond memories of P.K. from the time I worked for HP in Huntsville when he was the office manager. Being in service it was inevitable that I would encounter customers who were upset when their equipment had a problem. And I learned early on that all I had to do to calm the situation was get them on the phone with P.K. He had an amazing ability to communicate with people and get things under control. My condolences to the family.

He was a great man to work with. He is now at God's side.

PK was a favorite for many years. My favorite memory was during a class we took together at HP, he was classified as agressive and argumentative. He argued vehemently with the instructor that he was not argumentative. A great guy.

P.K. hired me into Hewlett Packard in 1968 in Huntsville, Alabama. He was my mentor and always amazed me with his rapport with his clients at Marshall Space Flight Center and the Army Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal. He considered them his friends first and customers second. This was a relationship that I never forgot and it served me well in my career. I considered P.K. to be my friend and am very sorry that I lost contact with him over the years. My thoughts are with Anne and his family.

PK was a joy to work with during our careers at HP. You could always count on him doing a professional and complete job on any assignment.

Although I haven't seen PK since I moved from Atlanta in 1973, he is still fondly remembered by me primarily as a friendly, helpful, extrovert whom I liked very much. He certainly will be missed.

Remembering PK with many fond memories of our days at Hewlett-Packard. Our deepest sympathy to his entire family.

Palmer has been a good friend since 1972 in Huntsville, Alabama. I also enjoyed his friendship while working at Kelly AFB from 1988. I am very sad for your, our loss of this great person.

PK was a wonderful man and was a huge guidance to me when I first started my career with HP in San Antonio. I'll never forget my interview with him. He was a loving father, husband and a great friend to many. I'm honored to be able to call him a friend.

Palmer and Anne were good neighbors and my friends. I miss both of them.

I worked with PK for 6 years and he always had a great zest for life. He was a good friend and I will miss him and his laugh.

P.K. was one of the finest men we have ever had the priviledge to work with and most important be a friend to. He will always be part of our memories and forever live on, as well as your mother, in our hearts. May you be comforted by God and held in Jesus arms as you go through this journey. If we can do anything please let us know.
