Pam was born in San Antonio, but had previously lived in and attended high school in Victoria, Texas. She has also resided in Detriot, Michigan, The Colony, Texas, and Corpus Christi, Texas, before returning to San Antonio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ida Marie and Emmett; and her husband, Jack Callahan. Pamela is survived by her sons, Michael Witkovsky and Mark Witkovsky; her sister, Debbie Little; daughter-in-law, Maribel Witkovsky; grandchildren, Fernando Morales Witkovsky and Melissa Witkovsky.
