Pat Lewis, age 59, of San Antonio, died Wednesday, December 3, 2003, after a long battle with cancer. Pat was raised in Minnesota until her move to Texas in 1979. She worked as an office manager in the medical and dental fields, until her retirement last year. Pat's whole life was spent being a wonderful caregiver to her family and "grandbabies". She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother, who valued family and friendship above all else. Survivors: husband of nearly 37 years, Bill Lewis; son, Brad Lewis, San Antonio; daughter, Stacy Brister and husband, Chris, Houston, TX; grandson, Brandon Lewis; granddaughter, Ellie Brister; brothers, John Duffy and wife, Lucero, Bullhead City, AZ and Wade Duffy and wife, Paula, Canyon Lake; nephews, John Duffy, Miles Duffy and Morris Duffy; niece, Sarah Duffy.
