Patricia Elizabeth Cone

Patricia Elizabeth Pat Cone, age 73, passed away on April 11, 2008 after suffering numerous illnesses which she faced with courage and dignity. She was born October 2, 1934 in Brooklyn New York. Pat was a founding member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and its Altar Society, a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church and its Altar Society, and the San Antonio Conservation Society. Pat was retired from USAA. She was preceded in death by her parents Ed and Veronica Flynn. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, William Bill Cone; her children Bill and his wife, Claire of San Diego, CA; Tim and his wife, Dru of San Antonio; Maureen and her husband, Mike Andrews of Killeen, TX; Sharon and her husband, Ector Aguilar of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Michelle, Kevin and Brian Cone and their mother, Delfina Durst; Meghan Andrews, David Cone and Emily Aguilar; sister, Maureen Albin of Long Island, New York; numerous nieces and nephews; and many, many cherished friends. The family would like to thank the staffs of Fresenius Dialysis Clinic, 3 East at the Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital, and VITAS Hospice for not only what they did, but how compassionately they did it. Visitation will be held on Monday April 14, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Porter Loring.
