She and husband Bill and daughter Kaycee were members of Bulverde Baptist Church for many years. Patricia, known to family and friends as Patsi, retired as Assistant Director from Texas County and District Retirement System in Austin in 1997. Patsi graduated from McAllen High School in 1965 with honors and attended Pan American University in Edinburg, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband and love of her life, Billy Don Hicks, and loving parents, Jess and Ruby Turner.
Survivors include two daughters, Tina Ruelle and Kaycee Nicole; three sisters, Hazel Smith, Geannie Ferguson and Cheryl Marone; one brother, Gordon Marsh; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
