Patricia Jean Cameron Pat Jablonski

Patricia Jean Cameron "Pat" Jablonski, age 87, passed away Friday, May 13, 2016 with her caregiver and friend, Linda Servantes, at her side. Pat was a loving mother, daughter and wife, and a longtime member of St. Luke Catholic Church.

She was born March 9, 1929 to Virgil and Fontella Cameron in Terre Haute, Indiana. Pat was a devoted wife for 60 years to Lt. Col. Theodore Mark "Ted" Jablonski, USAF, who preceded her in death in 2008. Pat's second love, son, Mark Wayne Jablonski, also passed away in 2008.

Pat volunteered for many years providing meals to staff in the surgical suite at Methodist Hospital. In her youth, she was a talented horseback rider. After Ted retired from the Air Force, they traveled throughout the US and Canada in their motor home, usually with a group of Texas friends.

Her friends and neighbors remember Pat as a gifted hostess, avid league bowler, fun-loving partner for Ted, and most of all a loving mother and generous friend. Pat felt especially fortunate in having the gentle companionship of Linda Servantes and Joe Martinez, her caregivers and friends for the past eight years. Visitation will be held 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
