She was born August 16, 1921, to James E. and Anita Colesworthy Flannery, in Ft. Sheridan, Illinois, but considered herself a San Antonian.
Pat was a nationally known Brazilian and crewel embroidery artist and seamstress, who sewed on several Battle of Flowers Parade Gowns and many wedding dresses. She will be most remembered by her family as a loving Mother and Grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald N. Marsh of Georgia and her first husband, David W. Wallace of Alabama. She is survived by her children, David W. Jr. and Colleen Aycock Wallace, Patricia McMillan, J. Gregory and Janice Wallace, J. Alan and Becky Marsh, and C. Phillip Marsh; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Special thanks to their granddaughter, Malissa Zvonek, her husband, Don and their children with whom Pat lived for the last 10 years and who cared for her in her last months. Also, special thanks to Vista Care nurses and assistants.
