Patrick M. Gonzalez, 48, of San Antonio, passed away May 12, 2021. He was born in San Antonio, TX on May 16, 1972 to Robert and Yolanda Gonzalez. He had a career as a commercial refrigeration mechanic and current owner for his family company R & Y Refrigeration Company. Patrick had a passion for fishing, playing pool, bowling, swimming, and most of all spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert S. Gonzalez; mother Yolanda M. Gonzalez; brother Robert Gonzalez Jr.; sister Dolores Gonzalez; as well as grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
He is survived by his sister Teresa Gonzalez; niece Dolores J. Flores; nephew Santiago M. Gonzalez; aunts, uncles, cousins. Also honorary brothers Ronnie Gonzalez, Robert Sanchez Jr, Christopher Moreno, Marcos Moreno, Joe Gonzalez Jr, Eric Gonzalez, Henry Gonzalez Jr, and Benny Gonzalez; honorary sisters Patricia Sanchez, Anna Valenzuela, Jessica Moreno, and Yolanda Moreno; godchild Kaycen Jaymes Ortiz.
Family will be receiving guest on Tuesday May 25, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home , 226 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. The mass of resurrection will be held on Wednesday May 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 1321 El Paso St, San Antonio, TX 78207. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237.
Due to covid-19 restrictions, the visitation at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home will be limited to a capacity of 100 guests at a time and face covering are required.
