

She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Jefferson Dotson, mother, Susan Merle Dotson, sister, Elenor Merle Dotson; husband, T. Kellis Dibrell, and son, Edwin Walter Dibrell.
Survivors: sons, Samuel Dotson Dibrell and wife, Joan Culbertson Dibrell and Cooper Graham Dibrell and wife, Loretta Fazzino Dibrell; two handsome grandsons and four beautiful granddaughters.
Peggy graduated from Longview High School and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas, where she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority.
After graduation she went on to attend the University of Texas School of Law, where she met her husband, T. Kellis Dibrell.
Peggy and Kellis were married for 53 years and made their home in Seguin, Texas.
Peggy was a member of the Daughters of the Confederacy and served as chairman for the Daughters of the Republic of Texas Alamo Committee.
She enjoyed fishing, reading, walking and visiting and talking with each of her grandsons and each of her granddaughters. Peggy's sense of humor, her ability to listen, her advice, and her wise counsel will be greatly missed by her family and friends alike.
