Percy Harvey Smith, age 65 of San Antonio, died Wednesday, August 6, 2008. He was retired from the U.S. Army and worked as a drug Rehabilitation Counselor, A.A. Counselor and volunteered at the VA Hospital. Percy is survived by his wife, Euporia Smith; daughters, Diedre Graham and Shannon Smith; sons: Percy H. Smith III, Scott A. Smith, and Charles P. Smith; sisters: Shirley Flowers and Charlotte Taylor; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
