Rafael De Leon

Rafael de León, age 89, passed away on Friday November 15, 2024, in Cypress, Texas. He was born on September 27, 1935, to parents Guadalupe and Jesus de León in Cuevitas, Texas. He served honorably from 1955 to 1959 in the United States Navy. He was with the FAA from 1959 until 1966. Then he finished his US Government service at Kelly AFB in 1987. After his retirement he enjoyed investing in real estate, trading stocks, & going to flea markets with hisgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Maria Eva de León, and his sons Alex & Michael de León, his daughter Cynthia Wilkerson and his grandson Dylan de León. Rafael is survived by his son Ralph de León and his wife Deborah, & his son-in-law Cody Wilkerson. The grandchildren include Brandon de León, Lindsay de León Elrod, Evynn Wilkerson Prichard, Duncan Wilkerson, Cameron Wilkerson, & Monica de León. His great-grandchildren are, Ryder Morman, Preston Adams, Berkleigh Adams, Josie Wilkerson, Graciella de León, & Elijah de León.

Family will be receiving guests on Monday, December 16, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
