Ralph Michael Garza

Ralph served in the Marine Corps Reserve Division Class III. He was a Rifleman and received the following commendations: National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 1 Combat Action Ribbon, Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device, Rifle Sharpshooter Badge and Good Conduct Medal. He was honorably discharged.

He loved fishing and hunting, as he was a true outdoorsman.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, brother Hector Garza and nephew, Daniel Villarreal.

Ralph is survived by his daughters, Monica Cook (Toby), Melina Garza (Michael); grandchildren, Shawn Michael, Steven Dean, Diego, Isabella, Sophia, Ethan and Emily; brother, George Garza (Rosemary); sisters, Victoria Rosas (Richard) and Margo Villarreal (Dan); nieces and nephews, Sonica Hernandez (John), Bianca Rosas (Melissa), Erik Rosas (Lupita) and Natalie Mathes (Nathan).

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2021 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
