

Ralph was born in Springfield, IL on December 20, 1935, the first son of Ralph Godfrey and Louise Howard Lindquist, both of whom preceded him in death.
Ralph grew up in Springfield, at 17, joined the National Guard and at 18 years old, enlisted in the Army.
In 1958, Ralph married his wife, Teruko Kera. In 1961, he entered the USAF from which he retired in 1978. Ralph served in the signal corps, spending most of his service TDY, which included extended stays in Japan, Germany, Vietnam and various Army and Air Force bases throughout the USA.
Upon retiring from the military, Ralph, with strong assistance from his wife Kera, started and operated Lindquist Telecommunications for 22 years in San Antonio, Texas.
Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Kera; daughters, Patricia Lindquist, Linda Kellogg and husband, Rick, and Ayumi Owczar and husband, Keith; sister, Beverly J. Nelle and husband, Dick; brother, Bill Lindquist and wife, Lee; 4 grandchildren: Tony, Kera, Rhiannon and Kolten Kellogg; extended family in Japan; loving pets: Bupper, Sassy and Sprout and longtime friends both in San Antonio and throughout the world.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any Veteran's organization.
