Raul is survived by his 5 children, Frank Fernandez (Rachel) Electa Solis (Joe) Raul Fernandez (Lupe) Mike Fernandez and Joann Fernandez. He had many grandchildren and great- grandchildren who will miss him dearly. Raul is also survived by his brothers, Mike and Ralph Fernandez and sister, Angelina Escareno. Raul is also survived by many nieces and nephews who will also miss him.
Raul was loved by so many and will be in our thoughts and prayers always. The family would like to thank Vitas Hospice Care for caring for Raul and making him comfortable in his last days.
Visitation will take place at Sunset Funeral Home Monday, January 25, 2016 from 5:30pm to 9:00pm with a Prayer Service to take place at 7:00pm. A brief funeral service will take place in the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, January 26, 2015 at 12:30pm with a procession to follow to Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery for a 1:45pm Graveside service.
