Mr. Rios is preceded in death by his father Antonio Rios and mother Carla Garza.
He leaves behind his beloved wife Maria Rios, children: Norma Rios, Antonio Rios, Maribelle Rios, Martha Rios, Veronica Rios, Clara Rios and Raul Rios. He also leaves behind his siblings Eva Rios, Roberto Rios, Corina Rios, Hilda Rios, Delia Rios, and Juan Antonio Rios as well as his beloved grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
Mr. Rios was passionate about his music especially his corridos nortenos, he loved spending his free time at the casino and working hard on his ranch.
