Ray J. Hawkins

Ray John Hawkins born January 20, 1976 went to be with the Lord on Monday February 6, 2023 at the age of 47.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Reynaldo and Anita Hawkins; grandparents, John and Petra Bustillos; father in law, Rodolfo Gonzales and many other family members and friends.

He is survived by his spouse, Lucinda and their children Reyanne Celeste and Celenne Livianna Hawkins; siblings Ailene Rae, Angela Elaine and George Hawkins. His step children, Antonio and Mia Rose Ramirez; his best friend Biggie and extended family and friends.

Ray was a devoted father and brother. He loved spending time with his family. On his spare time he would enjoy playing on his accordion and learning music notes because he always planned to play for a family member who recently passed. He spent a majority of his time on the road with his friends La Calma and was able to meet an unlimited number of tejano groups and singers.

His presence in our lives will be dearly missed.
