

Becky believed in heroism and fighting the good fight. She was a patriot, lover of Texas, and supporter of the Armed Services. She was passionate about stories and was an avid reader of thrillers, spy novels, and westerns. She loved music and movies, especially from the WWII era. She enjoyed lunches, concerts and trips with her close friend Mary Patrick.
Becky had an unbreakable positivity. A lifelong sufferer of asthma and lately COPD, when Nazi's appeared on screen at the movies she zapped them with the only weapon she had on handher inhaler"Take that, Nazi!"and then laughed so hard she had to use it herself.
Becky is survived by four daughters: Mary Stephens-Davidson and husband Steve Davidson, granddaughter Emily Rebecca Stephens-Davidson; Beth Stephens; Michelle Ricondo and husband Marco Ricondo; and Laura Stephens and partner Milton Glueck. She is also survived by her sisters, Jane Pippen, Peggy Cosgrove, and Betty Dowd, and her brothers, Frank Garrett, Chuck Garrett, Jim Garrett, John Garrett, and Pat Garrett, and many nieces and nephews. She will be joining her parents, William O. Garrett and Mary Leah Harbison Garrett, and her sisters, Kathy Noakes and Roberta Joyce Garrett, in the afterlife.
