Mr. Tamez loved bowling, hunting and fishing. During their time together, he and his wife enjoyed going to the casinos.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Enrique Tamez and Alicia Palacios Tamez; his wife of 50 years, Diana F. Tamez.
He is survived by his daughter, Rae-Nicole Tamez (Scottie Berry); grandchildren, London Tamez and Brooklyn Tamez; siblings, Henry Tamez and Janie Guerra.
The Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237 followed by a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.
The Services will be conducted on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery III, 1735 CUpples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78226.
