Richard V. Lugo

Richard V. Lugo, age 56, born September 19, 1967, went to be with our Lord– February 20, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. Richard, the son of Juanita Elsa Lugo and Carlos N Lugo Sr, is survived by his devoted wife of 30 years, Lucy Ann Lugo, daughters: Elisa Ann Marie Vidal, Victoria Annalisse Lugo, son: Antonio Andrew Rodriguez, and son-in-law: Abel Vidal, grandchildren: Jeremiah Rodriguez, Nehemiah Vidal, Isaiah Vidal, Thaliah Vidal, twins: Leonidas Vidal and Evaliah Vidal. Brothers: Carlos N Lugo Jr., Christopher Michael Lugo and Sister: Nicole Michelle Lugo and brother-in-law: Atheir M Mohamad. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces. Richard made the world a better place with his kind and generous heart, and his love for all. He was a doting father, a loving husband, and a devoted son/brother. Richard will be fondly remembered for his tranquil demeanor and delightful sense of humor that never failed to bring laughter to everyone around him. Richard will forever live on in our hearts, through his laughter, kindness and the love he gifted to us all.

The family would like to thank his PAM Health Specialty Hospital nurses and staff for all the loving care they provided for Richard.
