

Robert F. Fahy, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 in Canyon Lake, Texas. He was known by all of his loved ones as “Bob”. He was born on July 13,1957 to Raymond and Opal Fahy. He worked for USAA for over 30 years where he made many lifelong friends, and has spent the last several years living his dream days of retirement on the lake.
He described his greatest achievements to be his children, coaching CYO sports teams through St. Matthew Catholic Church, and watching his grandkids grow. He was known for his generous spirit, wise words of encouragement, and his quirky sense of humor. He could regularly be found at Lucky’s enjoying a “cold one” in his grey sweatpants and a flannel, and his favorite past time was camping on the beach with his fishing buddies.
He was preceded in death by, his parents, Raymond and Opal Fahy. Robert is survived by his daughter Katelyn Fahy; son Patrick Fahy and wife Aubra Fahy; sisters, Opal Jean Dubin and husband Michael Durbin, Patricia Brenner and husband Mark Brenner, and Nancy Owens; grandsons, Mercer and Pierson Fahy shared with his former spouse Carol Fahy; and many nieces and nephews from here in the States and across the Pond.
In line with Bob’s wishes, there will be no formal services, however a celebration of life will be hosted by the family at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Matthew Catholic Church CYO.
