Always fond of the ocean and being on the water, Robert would dream of sailing his own sailboat. He also enjoyed jazz music, dancing, and spending time visiting family. He loved being away from the hustle and bustle of city life, choosing to reside in quiet, small rural areas. Robert was thoughtful and caring, always inquiring about his grandchildren and visiting them as much as he could. He was also present, supportive, and consistently keeping up with his family and dear friends. Robert will be remembered for his charm, funny stories, knowing someone anywhere he went and the ability to make friends wherever he went.
