He is preceded in death by his parents, Vicente S. and Carmen Padilla; daughter, Carmen Sylvia Viagran; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Regina P. Padilla; children, Robert P. Padilla Jr., Janet Westhoek (John) and Julian Padilla; son-in-law, Bobby Viagran; grandchildren, Sofia Westhoek, Luke Westhoek and Aubree Westhoek; nephews and nieces, Hector Carrillo, Patricia Ramos and Susan Perez; also, other nephews and nieces.
The Visitation will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237, followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. for a 12:00 Noon
Mass of the Resurrection at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1515 Saltillo St., San Antonio, TX 78207.
Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.
