Robert T. Savage Jr.

Robert T. Savage Jr., age 76, passed away June 26, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on March 14, 1938 to Robert and Ernestine Savage in Alamo, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Eileen Crumrine, Margaret Wood and Lawrence Savage. Robert loved to garden and was an avid fisherman. He was an electrician by trade and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dolores Savage; children, Audrey Savage, Shannon Savage-Cerna and husband Steve, Robert A. Savage; grandchildren, Isabella Cerna, Lucas Cerna, Benjamin Savage and Lauren Savage; sisters, Janet Mitchel, Rita Moreno, Ann Zellers ;brothers, John Savage, Richard Savage and Tim Savage; numerous nieces and nephews; loving pet dog, Fredricka. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road on Wednesday July 2, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 13715 Riggs Rd, Helotes, Texas 78023 with interment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
