Robert Lee Womack, 84 of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on November 24, 2001. He was born in Alice, Texas on January 17, 1917. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lyn Dean Womack and son, Richard Dean Womack. Mr. Womack was known to many as "Tom Jones", as he was the owner of Tom Jones TV & Appliance for many years. He served in World War II, U.S. Army, European Theater. Survivors: Son, Robert Lee Womack, II and wife, Edda; Grandson, Lucas Aaron Womack; granddaughter, Esmeralda Consuelo Womack, all of Bowie, Maryland; granddaughters, Christina Noreen Pisa-relli and Daniella Denise Harris of Northern Virginia; granddaughter Adrian Womack of Austin, Texas; grandson, Richard Dean Womack, Jr. "Richie" and granddaughter, Delores Lyn Womack "Deelyn" of San Antonio; also, survived by sister, Mary Frances Fritz of Athens, Texas; Special Friends, Effie Sowell and Ed Shivitz of San Antonio; and a host of many loving family members and friends. He was a gift to all who knew him.
