Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco Garcia and Elisa Garcia and brother Francisco Paco Garcia.
He is survived by his wife, Luz N. Garcia; sons, Roberto and Ronald Garcia; step-son, Ferdinand Carrillo; two brothers; two sisters in Puerto Rico; seven grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends.
USAF Ret. With 20 years of service TSGT-E-6. He traveled and enjoyed his life to the fullest.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. at Porter Loring North.
