Mrs. Rochelle "Shelly" Neely passed away peacefully with her beloved husband Wade by her side on Tuesday, November 2, 2010. Mrs.
Neely was a devoted member of the Temple Beth-El Congregation for more than 40 years. She attended Saturday morning Torah study classes regularly with her husband and her friends.
She enjoyed painting and followed her love for art right into a "late life" Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from UTSA.
Mrs. Neely was preceded in death by her mother, Regina Ubogy.
She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Wade Neely; her daughter, Robin Blocker and her husband, Cory; her daughter, Ginny Burris; and her son, Army Private Phillip Sachartoff. She is also survived by her father, Nathan Ubogy; her sister, Dr. Zeena Ubogy and her husband, Dr. Millard Thaler; her brother, Sam Ubogy and his wife, Cheryl; along with her three nieces and countless friends.
