He was born May 7, 1975 in Eagle Pass, Texas to Rodolfo Velasquez, Sr. and Sarah Avila. Rudy was an outgoing, funny man who loved spending time with his family and friends. He was an artist, who loved horses, camping and fishing. Rudy loved life and brought life to every event he attended.
He is survived by his wife, La Guera Velasquez; children, Mooch, Mero-Mero and The Boss; father, Rodolfo, Sr.; mother, Sara Avila; grandmother, Maria Avila; brothers, Ricardo Avila, Edwardo Velasquez, Luis A. Velasquez, Miguel A. Velasquez and Jose Juan Velasquez.
