Rollin Eric Perry, age 66, went to be with the Lord on April 21, 2013 in San Antonio, TX. He has laid down his earthly burdens and is now standing tall, breathing freely, and talking St. Peter’s ear off. Eric was born on February 14, 1947 in Chicago, IL. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed. He worked many years at the South Texas Blood & Tissue Center and was a member of The Windcrest United Methodist Church & Alamo Heights United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry & Avis Perry.
Eric is survived by his wife of 43 years, Connie Perry; son, Neil A. Perry & wife Indhira; granddaughter, Samantha Ojeda; and a host of good friends. The Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the Alamo Heights United Methodist Church, 825 E. Basse Rd., San Antonio, TX 78209.
