Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, Ronald Lee Brown, age 65, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on August 17, 1949 in London, Kentucky to George and Zylphia Brown, who, along with his daughter, Chelsea Brown, preceded him in death. An avid Scouter, Ron served in many leadership positions within Boy Scouts of America over several decades. Ron loved music, played the piano, and wrote several plays and numerous Scouting songs. After retiring early as a Vice President of C. H. Guenther & Son, Inc., a career which he enjoyed immensely, Ron's passion became building and improving a house on Lake Lyndon B. Johnson, where he often gathered with his family. Ron is survived by his wife, Rebecca Brown; daughter, Danielle, her husband, Olan Goodman, and their sons, Oliver and Elliot; son, Byron, and his wife, Catherine Brown; son, Aaron Brown; sister, Sharon Cain; and sister, Tamera, and her husband, Ronnie Clarke.
