He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Louise Morgan and Tracy Scott Woltman, his life partner.
He is survived by his brother, Donald Morgan and wife, Jean of Bluffton, SC; and nephew, Todd Stewart Morgan of San Antonio.
Mr. Morgan dedicated his life to teaching and was retired from San Antonio Independent School District and San Antonio College with a total of over 40 years of teaching.
He was a member of Southwest Texas State University Alumni Association and Southwest Texas State University Strutter Alumni Association.
He was also a charter officer of the Epsilon Iota Chapter of Kappa Alpha Fraternity. As a member of Kappa Alpha, he was also a member of the Royal Order, The 1865 Society and the Crimson and Gold Society.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 pm with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 7:00 p.m. in the Porter Loring Chapel on McCullough.
On Thursday,December 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. a graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218.
