Roosevelt served his country proudly for 45 years, with 20 years in the US Army and 25 years with the Department of Defense. Roosevelt was dedicated to the Soldiers and mentored several. He was loved and respected by everyone that knew him. His Military family stretches throughout the country and beyond. Roosevelt deployed several times with the Air Defense (Patriot Missile).
Roosevelt touched so many lives and made an impression on all that knew him. He will be greatly missed.
Roosevelt is survived by his loving wife, Ingrid Phillips; daughter, Sheila Tagle and husband Jorge Tagle; son, Billy Pendergraft; granddaughters, Katy and Ally Westendorf, and Jessica Pendergraft; and grandson Billy Pendergraft.
