Beloved wife, mother, sister and friend, Rosa Cristan Linan was called home by the Lord on March 22, 2012. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She will be forever in our hearts. She was born in Mirando City, Texas on September 4, 1939. Growing up in a small town, she learned to see all people as friends. She showed this in her passion and love for the restaurant business at Cristan’s Tacos #3 at 1401 W. Hildebrand. Everyone who came in was like family. She gave her heart and soul to the business that she loved so much! She is preceded in death by her parents, Cleofas and Higinia Cristan; brothers, Pete and Frank Cristan. She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Pete Linan; her son, Francisco; her siblings, Elvia Garcia, Rosario Canales, Lucy Cristan and David Cristan and numerous nieces, nephews and many loving family and friends.
