She was born on June 7, 1921, in Selma, Alabama to the late John Columbus Harris and Agnes Scott Harris. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lester Hansell.
Rosemary is survived by her son, John Harris and wife, Darlene; grandchildren, Russell Harris and wife, Tina, Anita Wilson and husband, Tim, Beverly Petzolt and husband, Charles, Ashley Harris; and 8 great grandchildren.
She was a member of the following organizations: National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, The National Society Colonial Dames XVII Century, National Society United States Daughters of 1812, San Antonio Colony Magna Carta Dames and Barons, and Charter Member Dutch Fork Chapter South Carolina Genealogical Society.
She will be greatly missed.
