He is preceded in death by his parents, Doroteo and Mariana Luna and brother, Doroteo Luna, Jr.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Mary Rose Luna; children, Rosendo Luna Jr. (Beatrice), Annette Duncan (Guadalupe), Christopher Luna (Angelica) and Jonathan Luna; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Pauline, Rosa (Daniel) and San Juanita "Bebe" (Tony) and brothers, Valentine and Roger.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church with interment to follow at Chilipitin Cemetery in Charlotte, Texas.
