Ruben D. Moreno Jr. went to be with the Lord on August 22, 2010 at the age of 22. He was a 2006 graduate of Thomas Edison High School and employee of H.E.B SA 8 and SA 22. Ruben was preceded in death by his grandmother Velia Ortega; grandfather Jose Durante; great grandfather Pablo Valverde and great grandmother Esperanza Valverde. He is survived by his parents Ruben and Maria Moreno; brothers Andrew D. Moreno, Daniel D. Moreno and Adam D. Moreno; aunt and uncle; Anita Valverde (Pablo); godparents, Cornelius and Maria Feit; aunts and uncles Carmen Rodriguez ( Julian), Gloria Rodriguez ( Eloy), Alfred Moreno ( Debra) and Leticia Borrayo (Raul); numerous cousins and friends; Visitation will begin 8:00 am Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A procession will depart the funeral home at 9:00 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. mass at St. Mary Magdalen. Interment to follow in San Fernando No.2
