Ruby Jureczki

She was preceded in death by her father and mother along with her son Howard Lee Jureczki, and her brother Odell Singleton and his wife Patsy.

Ruby is survived by her loving and caring husband of 67 years Howard I Jureczki. Her daughter Cindy Clements and her husband Lewis: Her brother Ray Singleton and his wife Helen; Three grandsons Christopher (Maria Alba) Clements; Collin (Michele) Clements; and Brandon (Marisol) Clements; and Six great grandchildren, Michael, Sara, Anthony, Max, Mia, and Makai Clements.

When she was 19 years old she worked at Fort Sam Houston National Bank sharpening her mathematics skills as a bank teller. She was a great communicator and became a real estate agent serving the San Antonio community. She retired from NEISD as an Administrative Secretary. Her love for her family was evident as she took great care of her family especially her mother, son and aunt. She had a “jolly” personality and loved hosting all the holiday parties at her home. Ruby will always be remembered for her love of “Chocolate”. She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway SA, TX 78218 on Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 2pm to 4pm. The Funeral Service will be at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel, 17501 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266 on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 2pm. The Interment will follow at Holy Cross cemetery. In Lieu of flowers please make donations in her name to St Jude Children’s hospital.
