Ruth M. Neeley, age 76, passed away January 29, 2017. She was born on January 4, 1941 in San Antonio, Texas to Donald and Leona Fletcher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Neeley, brother, Donald Fletcher and her grandsons, Nathan Pillado and Austin Campbell. Ruth is survived by her daughters, Marsha Pillado (husband Tony), Karen Zook (husband Andy) and Sharon Campbell. She has six grandchildren-Olivia Pillado, Brandt Zook, Lauren Zook, Adair Campbell, Sean Campbell and Colin Campbell and one great-granddaughter, Kariana Fewell. Grandma Ruth was retired from her lifelong career of being an RN in the operating room. She spent her retirement years baking, crafting, being active in her church, enjoying country living, and loving her family. She will be loved and missed by many friends and family. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Rd on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 am Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Zion Lutheran Church, 9944 Leslie Rd with interment to follow at San Jose Cemetery.
