Ruth R. Rodriguez

Ruth Rocha Rodriguez was called home to be with the Lord, on August 12, 2013 at the age of 50. Ruth was a 1981 graduate of Edgewood High School. Shortly on after graduating she attended the Southwest School of Dental Assisting, where she worked for Dr. Alfred Pena, D.D.S. After a few years, she decided to it was time to seek for a career change and eventually worked for Weiner’s Department Store, and Melrose Department Store and Loehmann’s, and World Savings Bank. She is preceded in death by her father †Francisco V. Rocha and Husband †Rogelio A. Rodriguez. Ruth is survived by her loving daughter HM3 Vanessa Garcia, USNR; mother Rebeca G. Rocha, grandchildren Elijah L Rodriguez, Julessa Garcia-Medrano, Sister Sylvia R. Hinojosa, nephews TSgt Daniel R. Hinojosa, USAF, SSgt Marcos L. Hinojosa, U.S. Army, David Sanchez, MSgt Quentin Sanchez, USAF, Joy Sanchez, Monica Rodriguez, Manuel A. Rodriguez III, Moses Sanchez, Richard Rodriguez Jr., Candace Rodriguez, Sabrina Rodriguez, Kevin Rodriguez, Genevie Rodriguez-Quinones, Kelley Ann Molina, In-Laws, Manuel & Ofelia Rodriguez, Richard & Delia Rodriguez, Manuel Jr. & †Lucy Rodriguez, Arturo & Lora Rodriguez. A memorial service will be held Monday, August 19th, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Service concludes that same evening.
