He is preceded in death by his parents, Santiago Blake and Adela Ytuarte Blake; sisters, Gloria B. Solano and Mary B. Cortez; brothers, Jesse Blake, Rudy Blake, Joe Blake and Carlos Blake.

He is survived by his children, Adela M. Blake, Monica B. Rivera, John A. Morales and Santiago M. Blake III; grandchildren: David B. Gomez Jr., Angelica B. Garcia, Alexis I. Torres, Dominique A. Apolinar, Santiago M. Blake IV, Adam M. Blake, Lizette N. Gomez, Alyssa L. Gomez and Daniel I. Gomez; sister, Connie Torres.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd., followed by a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 10:15 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of The Resurrection St. Benedict Catholic Church, 4535 Lord Rd., San Antonio,TX 78220. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II,746 Castroville Rd., San Antonio, TX 78237
