It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sean Harold Craig, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend. Sean passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 38, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew him.
Sean was a man of many passions and talents. He was a Harley Davidson rider, a trained UFC fighter, and a lover of all things mechanics and engineering. He was equally skilled in the arts, as a songwriter and poem writer. He was a child at heart and a big jokester, always making those around him laugh. Undeniably fearless, despite his rough exterior, he had the biggest heart and truly a man’s man.
Sean was a jack of all trades, picking up new skills every day. He was a true visionary, full of ideas and big dreams. He had a passion for bringing awareness to mental health, a cause he himself struggled with and combated daily. He was a shining example of strength and resilience in the face of adversity.
Above all, Sean was a devoted husband and father. He leaves behind his two beloved boys, who were the light of his life. His love for them knew no bounds, and he always put their needs before his own. He and his wife, Melissa shared a love that was as rare as it was deep. Melissa will always cherish the memories of their time together and the love that they shared. Although Sean may no longer be with her in person, his love will live on in her heart forever. She takes solace in knowing that someday, they will be reunited, and they will continue their journey together once again.
Sean will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those whose lives he touched. Rest in peace, Sean, and may your spirit soar free.
Sean's passing is a heartbreaking reminder of the importance of mental health and the devastating effects it can have on those we love. His struggle with mental health was something he battled with every day, but he never let it define him. He was a fierce advocate for mental health awareness, and he worked tirelessly to rid the stigma around seeking therapy for depression and anxiety.
In his memory, we must continue his work to raise awareness and educate others about the importance of mental health. We must make a change to rid of the stigma surrounding these issues so that others can seek help without fear of judgment or shame.
Let us honor Sean's legacy by carrying on his message and ensuring that his struggle was not in vain. May his passing serve as a wake-up call to us all to prioritize our mental health and to support those around us who are struggling. Rest in peace, Sean, and know that your memory will continue to inspire us to make a positive change in the world.
