He is preceded in death by his parents, Servando and Evangelina Garza; son, Mark Anthony Garza; brothers, Jaime Garza, Antonio Garza and Luis Garza; son-in-law, Joseph.

He is survived by his wife, Rosa Linda Garza; children, Herman Garza, Valerie and Samantha Garza; siblings, Elvia Garza, Lilia Garza, Alfredo Garza, Araceli Garza, Elida Garza, Blanca Garza and Oscar Garza; grandchildren; Madison Garza, Marc Garza and Olivia; great grandchildren, Atom Medrano and Synclaire Medrano.

The Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio, TX 78237 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. Mass of The Resurrection at Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower, 1715 N. Zarzamora, San Antonio,TX 78201. All Services will conclude at the church.
