Sidney Helen Holmgreen passed away Sunday September 23, 2018 at the age of 99. She was born October 14, 1918 in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by husband John C. Holmgreen and grandchildren Pilar and Mito Avery.
Sid was devoted to her family: John and wife Laura Holmgreen, Barbara Avery, Lida and husband Jerry Smith, her grandchildren: Carlton G. Schenken III, John and wife Valarie Schenken, Linde and husband Dean Murphy, Blanca Avery and Leticia Mounir, and her great grandchildren: Carmen and Franziska Avery, Finley and Sullivan Murphy, and John Schenken Jr.
The family especially thanks all the care givers that lovingly cared for Sid in her final days.
