Stephanie Marie Mrs. Garza-Guzman

Stephanie Marie Garza-Guzman, 54, of San Antonio and Victoria, TX, went home to be with the Lord at 12:00 pm on Friday January 12, 2018. She was born on September 2, 1963 in Victoria, Texas.

She attended St. Joseph High School in Victoria and later continued on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. She graduated with Cum Laude Honors.

She was married to the love of her life, Jesus Guzman of Victoria, Texas on April 14, 1981. They were married 36 ½ years.

Stephanie worked for USAA for almost 15 years and was a cherished colleague.

She also enjoyed spending time at malaquite beach in Corpus Christi and loved singing karaoke music.

Stephanie is survived by her husband, Jesus Guzman, daughter Brittainy G. Wells and son in law Kane Wells, sister Catherine A. Garza and brother in law David Madayag, and three grandchildren: Tyler Jaye, Shelby Marie and Maddox Kane.

She is proceeded in death by her parents Richard Garza and Barbara A. Elizondo; her brother Robert Daniel Garza; grandparents Elias and Estephana Garza and Pedro and Mary Elizondo as well as other beloved family members

A Memorial Service with Rosary will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 4pm.

Memorial Contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the National Kidney Foundation or the ASPCA.
