Eileen was mother of two children, grandmother of four, and great grandmother of two. She also helped raise four younger siblings when her young mother died in West Virginia.
Moving to New York, Eileen met and married Arthur Raymond Cole, had two children, lived on Long Island, then later, Raleigh, North Carolina. After many happy years together, Raymond passed and she moved to Florida.
Eileen met Frank Hubp at a church where they married and eventually moved to San Antonio, Texas. They spent their time together traveling the world and dancing. Many years later, Frank passed.
Eileen was a soft-spoken, kind and caring person with strong spiritual beliefs. Always active in church and a leader in the Eastern Star.
She is loved and will be missed.
A graveside service will take place at on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10:00 am at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209.
